i miss to write here in my blog and i really was busy i couldnt publish post any post even the " Waves " trip and " Rieo Lanto ".

Today i saw Csam and " Hanan " that i missed alot , she is a great person i still remember the first day , was while Mahmoud's presentation in Hariri's Academy .

i started weight lifting in GYM today it was very hard , i cant feel chest muscles any more :(

now i just need to sleep now :D
