Yersterday Doha city suffered from not internet
All people companies banks stay without internet
And when we asked why we get the answer that Qtel have problem in it servers and Qtel have to change all there devices to solve the problem so if we think about it
We knows that there is no feeling of responsibility because I know that every network in the world should have alternative backup system to face any unexpected problems and in such a problem with this alternative system the network will stay alive and work fine and even people will not feel the drop down in the internet until they install or solve such a problem.
At the end I can't say any thing other than that because we ( customer ) are useless since our advices are unheardable.
We hope that one day Qtel learned from its mistakes.
