Call Center Agents
No one will understand how call center agents are helpful even if you reach them one time and they didn't gave you the information that you need.
They are trying to help you as much as they have power and what I mean of power here is Limited authority do they have.but the customers do not understand that the agents are trying to help as much as they can. And the reason why I am saying this is I am one of the call center agents. And I realy face a hard time with customers specially with the angry one that start screaming,and some times say a bad words regardless of how much you was gentle and how much I was polite and trying to give them a solutions in so many different ways
