Hi Moliko,
I am a US student studying Qatar, and using blogs to find some information about the people and culture of Qatar. The headline of this post as 'democracy' is what first caught my attention. Although i could not read anything that the photo said i read your comments below it and found an article about Qtel. I read the article: 'Complaints forced Qtel to block top-rated site'

This article is talking about how Qtel has banned one of the top ten most popular site in Qatar. I was curious to know if you knew why they would ban the site. And why does Qtel have that power to ban sites? Does it happen often?
I hope to hear from you soon, this is an interesting occurrence (i.e. experiencing limitations on the internet).
