Bad Management
i become one of the key people for some projects, and yes my words makes a different, BUT so far every thing is moving smoothly, no problem and my BOSS is happy.
couples of days later they brought new HOS, and put it above me so i will be no more reported to the old BOSS.
and here where the problems started...
after me and my new BOSS understand each other and become aware of each one's needs and realize that we sharing the same mentality and goals, our relationship become more stronger, and the achievements gets bigger and bigger, BUT my old BOSS become i donno if i can call it " jealous " from the bigger achievements and the good relationship with the new BOSS.
AND day after day the the more i am bringing more achievements the more my old BOSS taking action against me to stop me from reaching the top, know more people, and finally he desired to move me from the section.
so at the end i tell myself it is not worthy and healthy to work in such environment. and start looking for a new job.
and before i end this there is lots of things in between, like refuse my shifting application to better position and better grade, never motivate me, and did not promote me regardless of the achievements i made
